FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

An appointment is NOT required for regular bicycle service, tubes and tires changing on bikes and electric scooters, and ski, snowboard and ice skate service.

Approximate repair time is 24 hours, but it can be longer – in that case we warn you in advance.

We offer the option of emergency repair within a few hours, if possible.

We are located in Kamnik, on Ljubljanska cesta 4a, the entrance into the store is from Steletova Street

At the traffic lights, turn right (from direction of Ljubljana) down the ramp and right again. After 100 m, there will be a parking lot in a blue zone on your right, where you can park for free for one hour with a parking meter.

Of course, we currently have Qayron electric mountain bikes of various sizes available for rent.

Products that are out of stock can be ordered via email info@spica-sport.si, where we will check the status in our warehouse and in the supplier’s warehouses. If the product is available for delivery but we do not have it in stock, we will notify you.

Your order will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible, usually in one working day. Orders placed before 10 am are usually shipped the same day.

GLS delivery company usually delivers the package next working day in Slovenia, for other countries you can expect your package within 2-7 working days.
